Owned by Rene' Hood of Athens, AL, Bluestone Inc. is a custom home builder in the beautiful Tennessee Valley area of North Alabama (Huntsville - Decatur - Athens). Our Story...
Some children seem to just always know what they want to be when they grow up. They have a passion for something and a clarity of purpose beyond their years. I was one of those kids. From the time I was 5 years old, I always knew that I wanted to design and build homes for a living. I've now been practicing my craft for 35 years. I love to design and build homes and I feel that this love for my profession translates into every single element of my designs and into the quality of my construction and renovation projects.
